Honesty Brutal to Present at New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2026

This September, Honesty Brutal steps onto one of the world’s most influential stages: New York Fashion Week. We’re honored to be part of the Spring/Summer 2026 season, bringing our vision of wearable art to the runway in the heart of Manhattan and Brooklyn across three runway shows.

Founded by New York–based artist Alex Z. Wang, Honesty Brutal was born from the belief that fashion can carry the same honesty and depth as fine art. Every piece begins as an original painting, then transforms into a limited-edition garment or accessory designed for bold self-expression. Produced on a made-to-order model, each collection is as rare as it is intentional—crafted with a focus on exclusivity, authenticity, and sustainability.

“Fashion has the power to extend art into daily life,” Alex shares. “With Honesty Brutal, I want collectors and wearers alike to experience the honesty and boldness of contemporary art.”

The Spring/Summer 2026 showcase will debut new designs inspired by Alex’s latest body of work, marked by atmospheric depth, movement, and rhythm. Presented as part of ATF Fashion House’s independent showcases, this moment represents an important milestone for the brand—introducing Honesty Brutal’s distinct fusion of art and fashion to a wider cultural audience during NYFW.
